Reflect and Grow: August

Happy Friday! As a person who lives in Arizona, I am glad to finally see the “ber” months entering the chat. I am ready for temperatures below 100 and being able to be outside during the daytime once again. 

Reflecting on August 

To be honest, it’s been a long month and if you weren’t aware there were a couple of eclipses this month as well (I’ve definitely felt all the energy). It’s been a month of reflecting on what I want this next quarter of the year to look like. It’s been a month of reflecting on how I want to navigate this entrepreneurial journey as well. Many of the weeks this month, I’ve flipped between winding down operations and shelfing this journey for a later time and sticking through it and figuring out what the next season looks like. I still haven’t made up a decision one way or another, but I can feel myself losing the drive to maintain operations into another year. 

Growing into September 

As I go into this next month, I am really looking forward to spending time and really deciding what path I want to take next. The month of September does bring several events I have been looking forward to in my personal life and so I am hopeful that having a month of fun and light heartedness will bring me clarity on what it is I want. I am also challenging myself to look at this entire journey from different perspectives than the ones I have been functioning in this past year. There is definitely opportunity for growth, as always.
